Custom filters

Did you make a bunch of global and local adjustments to a photo and really like it? You can save those adjustments as your very own custom filter that you can apply to additional photos or share with your friends and the Polarr community at large.

On mobile

  • Go to the Filter tool
  • Go to My Filters
  • Select Create Filter
  • Save your edits as a filter
  • Save to My Filters: saves the filter to your local device
  • Save as QR Code: means you can create a shareable QR code for other Polarr users to use your filter. This feature requires you to sign in with your Polarr account.

On desktop

  • Go to the Filter tool
  • Select Create Filter
  • Save your edits as a filter
  • Save: saves the filter to your local device
  • Save + Share: means you can create a shareable QR code for other Polarr users to use your filter. This feature requires you to sign in with your Polarr account.

Before you create a custom filter on mobile or desktop, you're presented with what you want to include in the filter. For example, you can toggle on and off things like main adjustments or local adjustments. Or the text tool! Don't forget to name your filter so you can easily remember which one you're using.

Don't forget to tag photos on social media with #polarrfilters!
